Founded in 1989 in Lake Como, Italy, by avid watch collector Sandro Colarieti, Scatola del Tempo is credited with inventing the first automatic watch winder. Born out of Colarieti’s personal need to maintain his collection of perpetual calendars, the brand quickly gained the attention of prestigious horology houses, including early commissions from Patek Philippe and Gérald Genta. Today, the Maison remains a benchmark in the luxury watch accessory market, blending Italian leather craftsmanship with Swiss horological precision.
