Founded in 1787 in Paris, Simonnot Godard is a French heritage house and one of the last remaining creators of artisanal woven handkerchiefs and pocket squares. Originally established by Monsieur Beaurain and later acquired by Auguste Godard, the brand built its reputation supplying fine linens and embroidered handkerchiefs to European aristocracy. In 1999, Benjamin and Gersende Simonnot took over the family business, refocusing the house exclusively on its core strength: exceptional woven accessories.
