Founded in 1999 by Massimiliano Giannelli, a Polimoda graduate, Société Anonyme began as a creative response to the uniform fashion landscape of Florence. The independent boutique and its in-house clothing line draw inspiration from the Dada art movement's spirit of rebellion, offering a thoughtfully curated mix of international designers and its own ready-to-wear collection. The brand’s own garments, produced entirely in Florence, are characterized by a fluid and contemporary style that blends Japanese-inspired oversized cuts, Northern European minimalism, and influences from Californian skate culture.
