STATE Bags is a Brooklyn-born company founded in 2013 by Jacq and Scot Tatelman. The brand was born from the founders' experience running a non-profit summer camp where they saw children carrying their belongings in trash bags. This inspired them to create a for-profit company with a strong social mission. For every bag sold, STATE gives back to support American children and families in need.
