Founded in 2009 by high school friends Jake Director and Riley Goodman, Strideline began with just $700 and a mission to create the world's most comfortable sock. The Seattle-based brand initially gained traction with its signature skyline-emblazoned crew socks, first targeting the local lacrosse scene before expanding rapidly. Strideline has since evolved into a major player in the performance athletic wear market, distinguished by its focus on “sock science,” which includes features like targeted compression padding, moisture-wicking fibers, and a contoured fit.
