tennessee titans

Founded in 1959 as the Houston Oilers by Texas oil tycoon Bud Adams, whose background directly inspired the team's original imagery, the franchise relocated to Nashville in 1997 and rebranded as the Tennessee Titans in 1999. The team's identity is deeply intertwined with its home state, drawing inspiration from Nashville's rich musical heritage and the state's tri-star emblem. The Titans' aesthetic is anchored by their signature "Titans blue," navy, and red color palette, which pays homage to their "Luv Ya Blue" Oilers era while maintaining a modern, athletic edge.
