Founded in 2015 in Nishinomiya and now based in Toyonaka, Osaka, Thursday Furniture is a Japanese woodworking studio devoted to the warmth and character of natural wood. Guided by a philosophy of being “crafted by nature,” the workshop specializes in hand-turned wooden bowls and original wooden accessories crafted from materials like fig, maple, persimmon, and hackberry. Each piece is carefully shaped by hand on a wood lathe, allowing the natural grain to dictate its final form.
