Founded in 1995 in Osaka, Japan, by twin brothers Kenichi and Koji Shiotani, Warehouse & Co. is the youngest member of the legendary "Osaka Five"—the collective that single-handedly revived selvedge denim culture worldwide. The Shiotani brothers, who previously worked at Evisu, established the brand with a singular motto: “The faithful reproduction of authentic vintage garments.” Warehouse & Co. approaches mid-century American workwear with near-forensic accuracy, meticulously studying original yarn textures, period-correct stitching, and historical washing processes to recreate the rugged character of 1930s to 1950s apparel.
