Antal Doráti, Georg Solti, and János Starker studied with him during the course of his tenure. DIVERTIMENTO NO. 2 ON HUNGARIAN FOLK DANCES, Op. 24 is a four-movement work for string orchestra completed in 1945, dedicated to Gustav Bárczy. Instrumentation: String Orchestra (8.8.5.5.5 in set). Reprint edition.
