The 6.39 carat oval cabochon sapphire in an east-west bezel mounting, to the high polish half-round band, in 18k yellow gold. Handmade in Beverly Hills, California. Accompanied with a GIA report stating the blue sapphire is natural and of Sri Lankan (Ceylon) origin, with indications of heat treatment.
