Socks are the foundation to every kit. At Black Diamond we partnered with expert sock makers, Peter and Patty Duke, to create a line of merino socks for every mountain pursuit. The BD Extra Heavy Mid-Calf Merino Sock is a solid performer in all weather conditions and temperature zones. Merino wool works with your body temperature to keep you warm and dry, and the extra cushioning provides lasting comfort while going the distance.
