A Bleue Burnham take on the classic cluster ring, featuring a 10x12mm lapis lazuli at its centre, surrounded by a halo of baguette-cut lab-created sapphires set at varied angles. The gemstone claws extend and cascade down the sides of the ring, flowing seamlessly into the band. Prized for its rich, intense blue, lapis lazuli was historically used by Old Master painters as a pigment before the invention of synthetic blue in 1826 and was once worth more by weight than gold. The piece is handmade in London by highly skilled jewellers using solid 9ct yellow gold (375), which is certified with full British hallmarking laser engraved on the inside of the ring.
