Navy blue nubuck Appia penny loafers. Realized in a classic almond shape with extra flexibility in the sole, resulting in a refined look with unparalleled comfort. Named after the extensive Roman road, the shoe was born as a challenge to render the classic moccasin more versatile and suit contemporary needs, complementing the natural movement of the foot. An elegant icon that fits like a glove.  In the Bologna construction it takes around 200 steps to complete the shoes, allowing them to fit like a glove and to assure maximum flexibility, comfort, and lightness. Nubuck is recognized for its soft velvet touch and renowned for its finishing. The outer side of the raw skin undergoes a sanding treatment that erases the first layer of the leather to obtain a powdered texture. It is a very refined tannery process which makes the shoes even more valuable.
