Incredible and ultra rare vintage coat by Callaghan, from FW 1990. This piece, designed by Romeo Gigli, features elements that both Gigli and Callaghan were loved for. Unusual green-brown color wool, featuring a puffy black satin trim with bright red, pink, and green rose floral brocade. An oversized a-line fit. Button up front. Decorative pocket at chest, as well as two functional pockets at hips. Fully lined in brown acetate. Callaghan Made in Italy 92% Wool / 8% Cotton / Lining: Acetate Size 42 IT (Recommended for sizes Medium to XL) Measurements: Bust up to 52", Waist FREE, Hip FREE, Length 34", Sleeve 21", Shoulder 17" This item looks great oversized and will fit a variety of sizes, For your reference, this piece is shown here on a size 4 mannequin. Condition: Excellent condition. There are a couple very minor nicks to the satin brocade, but they are only noticed under close inspection.
