Chopard's Mr Karl-Friedrich Scheufele has been producing annual watches since 1988 that pay ode to Mille Miglia, the open-road racing event between Brescia and Rome, acknowledged as ""the most beautiful race in the world"". Once exclusively available to the drivers themselves, they're now available for all car and timepiece aficionados. With a dial inspired by the appearance and legibility of vintage dashboards, this stainless steel COSC-certified automatic chronograph is engineered with precise counters and a tachymeter scale for measuring speed. The rubber strap takes cues from '60s-era Dunlop tyre treads, and is both comfortably flexible and robust.
