Deborah Ehrlich’s love of perfect proportions translates seamlessly to another side of her practice: maple cutting boards, originally designed for her daughter. They are crafted and finished by hand by a furniture maker in Providence, Rhode Island, staying true to Ehrlich’s eye for quiet design and well-balanced forms. Each one is made from a single piece of maple and finished with a beeswax and oil blend.
