In designing the Softlands Outdoor Dining Chair (2024) for DWR, Gabriel Tan began with the idea of creating “soft islands” of comfort. The sheltering rounded back, plush cushions, and airy, woven rope detailing bring a sophisticated aesthetic to outdoor dining. The solid teak frame is softened with removable seat and back cushions upholstered in durable Sunbrella® outdoor fabric. The linear rope detailing echoes the reeded base of the coordinating Softlands Dining Table (sold separately). Gabriel Tan’s thoughtful, detailed craftsmanship signals an inviting new approach to outdoor furniture. Made in Indonesia.
