The Large Oval Baker is a workhorse for large format dishes like slow-cooked pot roasts, whole chickens, and sides for the multi-generational family gathering. A definite centerpiece for the holiday table and something to dazzle at the neighborhood potluck. During R&D, we considered containment and ease of transport. We agonized over the handles and settled on a process which incorporated the handles into the mold whereas most handles are attached after a form is shaped. We considered how easy it was to pull this large dish out of the oven and designed accordingly. — When we say this is large, we mean large like a soda at the movie theater. People will talk. — Handles designed for easy transport — Can hold an entire holiday main. Roast, vegetables, the whole shabang.
