The loose, full flowing body and raglan sleeves pull together into a neck band full of gathers. This top's neck tie can be cinched in a bow, worn in a loose knot, or left un-tied. This is the dress up or down piece for all your fall events. Style it untucked to accentuate the subtle high low hem, or it can also be tucked into pants for a clean, crisp yet feminine look. 90% cotton, 10% wool.
