Reversible halter top featuring a high ruffled neckline and adjustable ruched detailing across the underbust and waist. Open back with fully adjustable ties - one at neck and two around back. Ruffled peplum hem. Structured, lined fabric and it's is reversible - 2 tops in one! Go from day to night, rainbow to black, with just a little switcheroo. The ruching around the neck, underbust, and waist is adjustable, so you can adjust the fit to be more revealing or have more coverage by just ruching the sections more or less.
