## Summary

Large round iron decorative tray featuring a maximalist botanical print with colorful birds and floral motifs on a dark background.

## Description

In the 1940s, in a studio in Milan, Piero Fornasetti began covering everyday objects with a world of his own imagining: faces and keyholes, suns and butterflies, cities built from playing cards. Today his son Barnaba carries that world forward, and each piece is still made in the family's Milan atelier. Rendered in rich detail, this tray is inspired by the lacquered Coromandel screens of China.
