## Summary

Large rectangular wood tray featuring a surrealist print of a snake winding through grey leaves with a red apple.

## Description

In the 1940s, in a studio in Milan, Piero Fornasetti began covering everyday objects with a world of his own imagining: faces and keyholes, suns and butterflies, cities built from playing cards. Today his son Barnaba carries that world forward, and each piece is still made in the family's Milan atelier. The story of original sin plays out across this tray, reimagined in Fornasetti's wry, theatrical style.
