Exceptional and extraordinarily rare vintage Galitzine Couture gown from 1969/1970. Stunning optical, abstract print silk in shades of brown, black, and white. Ricrac passementarie trimmings at the arms and hem. Frontward wrap, with belt at back that spans to the side and hooks closed, adorned with a bow detail. Column silhouette. Fully lined in black acetate. Galitzine and Bergdorf Couture labels within, as well as a dated client label. Galitzine Made in Italy Silk / Acetate No Size Label - please refer to measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measurements: Bust up to 34" Waist up to 27" Hip up to 36" Length 59" Condition: Excellent condition, showing only the most minor/minimal signs of previous use/wear, if any at all.
