Gorgeous vintage Geoffrey Beene dress from the late 80s/early 90s. Incredible design, what you would presume is the back of the dress is actually the front (thank you Geoffrey for the labels that indicate this!). Black textured silk chiffon layered over yellow floral with large black polka dots. Contrasting black scalloped, stitched edges with intentional raw threads. Back side has sheer mesh peek-a-boo panel with black dot details. Darts and fitted features throughout. Really, such a cute piece, made of the finest quality. There are a couple minor spots on the yellow skirt that aren't really visible due to the black skirt overlay.
