Two half-round tables join into one 45 inch oval when guests come, then separate into a pair of console tables against opposite walls the rest of the week. Each half stands on solid rubber wood legs with triangular bracing and carries 260 lbs on its own. Veneered MDF tops resist scratches, and every corner is rounded for a room people walk through.
