Herbert Levine, the American shoe brand founded in 1948 by Herbert and Beth Levine, has relaunched under the design direction of Trevor Houston. The label is widely credited as the first to have introduced boots into Haute Couture. The 'Sitting Pretty' mules have pointed toes made from silk faille with a low-cut vamp and grosgrain ties that wrap around the ankle.
