## Description

Find your comfort zone during intense cardio sessions in the engineered air mesh upper. Its anatomical fit locks securely around the ankle and widens around the toes, creating a stable base for weight training. The POWERFLO PRO midsole and BOOMERANG FOOTBED keep you energized during high-impact exercise. Soft, light and breathable, the Inov-8 F-Fly is the perfect training partner! Shoe Technology Upper: Single-piece, engineered air mesh upper keeps you comfortable during intense workouts. Anatomical fit locks securely around the heel and widens around the toes, creating a stable platform. Lightweight, 3D print Met-Cradle wraps around your midfoot for support during high-impact training. Midsole: POWERFLO PRO midsole and BOOMERANG FOOTBED provide cushioning and energy return during cardio sessions. POWERFLOW PRO creates a low-to-the-ground profile for a natural ride. Outsole: Sticky rubber outsole provides grip and traction during heavy lifts and high-impact movements. ROPE-TEC in the arch adds grip and protection during rope climbs.
