These gorgeous velveteen ruffle shorts are handcrafted from deep navy stretch velvet and lined with soft stretch cotton for comfort and movement. these shorts have around 2-3" of stretch horizontally which make them really comfortable to wear!Gold velvet ruffles on the hips are hand-beaded with gold sequins, crystals and pearls- creating a flattering silhouette with all the sparkle of a nights sky. The front is adorned with dramatic satin ribbons in black silk satin, hand-beaded with gold sequin stripes and the navy velvet has been delicately detailed with stars and the cosmos in an array of sequins and beads.
