## Description

Italian architect Piero Lissoni has long understood that exterior spaces can be a comfortable, “living room under the open sky.” Case in point: his Trix Outdoor Lounge (2006) for Kartell. The simple stack of three cushions is linked by elastic bands, and easily unfolds to form a chaise, armchair, or pouf, moving as fluidly as the day itself. Upholstered in a water-repellant version of Liberty’s Obi check fabric – inspired by vintage kimonos and Japanese sashes – Trix is an elegant and flexible addition to any outdoor setting. Made in Italy.
