## Summary

Modern low-slung sofa featuring wide high-gloss lacquered black wood blocks for the arms and back, paired with a sleek black upholstered seat.

## Description

The late Cini Boeri shaped the Italian modern movement with her sculptural yet accessible approach to furniture. One of her most coveted designs, the Brigadier Sofa (1978) balances its monolithic presence with visual lightness. The sofa’s low-slung form pairs wide lacquered blocks with soft, generous upholstery, anchoring a room while reflecting its surroundings. Newly reintroduced by Knoll from its archives, Brigadier suits the interiors of today, where larger forms are embraced without sacrificing spaciousness. Made in USA from globally sourced materials.
