## Summary

A brown two-piece L-shaped sectional sofa featuring a distinctive low-slung, quilted tufted design made from multiple density polyether foam and fabric.

## Description

Michel Ducaroy spent the 1970s chasing new ideas of comfort, pushing foam, quilting, and thermoplastics into shapes no one had tried before. Togo® came first, and its unique, low-slung form soon became an icon of experimental design. Ducaroy applied that instinct to the Chesterfield sofa, loosening its formal English silhouette for something softer, slouchier, and distinctly French. Reissued by Ligne Roset, the Kashima Two-Piece L-Sofa (1976) transforms buttoned elegance into a playful design made entirely in high-density foam, with pinched quilted seams and nest-like seats that create a cocooning embrace. Made in France.
