The bag has a distinctive look with a wide base which is tucked and tailored into a narrow top.  This look is accentuated by the vachetta natural leather cowhide leather strap top handles.  This leather is also used to reinforce the sides, at the base, across the top and a frontal pocket with a decorative strap.  There is also a hanging leather "clochette" or bell.  There is brass hardware including handle buckles, feet for the base, and a stylish frontal polished brass press lock closure and a sturdy top zipper with a padlock.
