A generous, unstructured three-button blazer cut from a dense, double-woven wool gabardine in black. Features a classic collar, a wide notch lapel with a high breakpoint, a left breast pocket, patched hand pockets at the waist, and a minimal ventless back. Slightly expanded proportions highlight the fluid body of the cloth while providing a slackened, elegant silhouette that remains relaxed in its sensibility. Constructed with a full lining in fine black typewriter cloth for a long lasting, fully encased finish; domed caster-bean-based plastic buttons. Impact Wool is a densely woven, back-satin double gabardine produced in Ichinomiya, Japan from pure, extra fine Australian Merino wool. The exterior face bears a familiar textured gabardine surface while the reverse side bears a smooth satin structure that produces a unique pliable, spongy hand. Descaled wool fibre allows for a deeper black colour and provides both a smoother surface as well as improved crease resistance.
