## Summary

A square wood inlay pen holder featuring a vibrant geometric mosaic of painted veneers with a high-gloss varnish finish.

## Description

Recanati-based Morici’s first collection to spotlight inlay was Venezia, which celebrates high-impact shapes and shades through geometric wood grain mosaics. Each sheet of inlay is pieced together using various veneers that have been painted, finished and super gloss-varnished by hand; these are then laser-cut to fit the required dimensions. Backed by the highest levels of manual artistry, the Rialto pen holder shows how captivating the results of this meticulous process – which dates back to the 1300s – can be.
