Apply as a Topper After applying your base lip colour, top with a layer of LUST: Gloss™, concentrating on the center of your pout. You can also create different looks by filling in the lip with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil, blending with a lip brush and finishing with LUST: Gloss™.
