What It Is: Unleash your inner bloom with the Luxe Eye Shadow Quad: Passion Fleur. Fleurtatious shades of peony, plum and bronze illuminate eyes in luxe finishes. How to Use: Lightly contour and shape the eye by blending matte shades through the crease and along the lower lashline. Elongate the eye and define the lashline by applying Plum Nocturne with a damp angled brush. Highlight the eye by blending shimmers onto the brow bone, eyelid and inner corner. For stronger payoff, use a fingertip or damp brush to apply shimmer shades, then diffuse edges with a blending brush.
