Breguet numerals are Abraham-Louis Breguet's own design, drawn around 1780 and still the most recognisable numeral set in watchmaking. Patek applies them here in rose gold rather than printing them, which is the harder execution — each numeral is a separate component fixed to the dial by hand.The rose gold case measures 34.6 mm with a rose gold bezel. The silvery grained dial carries rose gold applied Breguet numerals. The watch is completed on a hand-stitched alligator leather strap. The 7200 is the Calatrava reduced to essentials — no complication, no date, no seconds, and a case with nothing on it but a polished bezel.
