Acknowledging the special needs of fine caviar, the Robbe & Berking Dante spoon features a pairing of 150 silver plating on one end and quality horn on the other, as silver can react with caviar and affect its flavor. Thus, the purity of the sturgeon roe is preserved, while the expertly shaped bowl ensures the pearls are evenly distributed with every scoop.
