Chocolate and Everose is the pairing Rolex designed to go together, and the fluted bezel adds a third element to it. Grooves in pink gold over a warm brown dial produce a watch with almost no cool tones anywhere on it. The steel case sides are the only thing that interrupts it, and they sit largely out of view. It is arguably the least steel-looking two-tone Datejust Rolex has put together anywhere in recent memory.The 36 mm case is Stainless Steel under a fluted bezel cast entirely in Everose Gold. A chocolate dial carries applied hour markers, and the date at three sits below a Cyclops lens. Baton hands cross a sunray finish that lightens toward the middle when direct light reaches it. The Jubilee bracelet places Everose Gold centers between Stainless Steel outer links, on a folding Oysterclasp with a comfort extension.This exceptional piece is not currently in stock due to its rarity on the market.
