These varieties grow in subtle earth-toned hues directly from the plant itself, requiring no chemical dyes and no genetic modification, while the unique fiber structure, with fine air pockets within each strand, produces a fabric that is lightweight yet warm, quick-drying, breathable, and naturally UV-resistant. The cloth here is a 13oz herringbone twill that carries the same earthy warmth and surface texture as the baker pants, substantial enough to pull jacket duty during transitional weather.
