This 14oz Japanese selvedge denim is dyed using Bengala - a natural pigment derived from iron oxide, historically used in Japan for centuries to create deep reddish-brown hues and preserve fabrics from wear. The result is a warm, earthy tone with incredible depth that will evolve uniquely over time. Cut in a relaxed tapered fit, the D1908S provides room through the top block and thigh with a clean, modern taper below the knee. Classic Studio D’Artisan details shine throughout: custom hardware, hidden back pocket rivets, raised belt loops, and chainstitched hems.
