Gyms lose balls to open racks, which is why this steel cage locks: double top-opening lids close over the load and secure it between sessions in a school, a club or a community center. The Q235B steel grid uses a 1.97 inch mesh, tight enough to hold basketballs, volleyballs and soccer balls yet open enough to see and grab quickly during a drill. Two inch wheels on all four corners include braking, so the cart rolls out to a court and stays put once positioned rather than drifting during play. Loading from the top means no bending to fish a ball out of a low opening. The frame weighs 34.96 lbs empty and holds a full team supply, and the same cart works indoors on a gym floor or outdoors on a playground surface. The cage uses a 1.97 inch steel grid on 2 inch braking casters. Double lids open from the top and lock closed, and the empty frame weighs 34.96 lbs.
