DETAILS The PDF download for The Pockets pattern, intended to be used in tandem with The School of Making™ Studio Book Series, creates many style choices for our existing patterns. Comprised of three unique pocket styles: Cargo, Shell, and Basic, each pocket pattern comes in three sizes (small, medium, and large), with an optional flap for each style and size. A pocket marker, which will act as a guide for applying the pockets to your garments, is also included for each style, as are construction instructions. These patterns were designed for a universal fit that will complement any garment in your wardrobe. Simply choose the size pocket that best fits your garment and attach the pocket to the front or back of the piece. Our digital PDF patterns are designed for printing on wide-format printers or desktop printers—as the document includes full-size and tiled versions for US Letter and A4 paper sizes. Upon purchase, you will receive the download link in your order confirmation email. YARDAGE REQUIREMENTS Basic Single Layer = .25 yards Double Layer = .5 yards Shell Single Layer = .25 yards Double Layer = .5 yards Cargo Single Layer = .25 yards Double Layer = .5 yards All yardage measurements are taken with fabric folded across the grain line. For large Basic and large Cargo pockets, 1/3 yard is needed.
