## Summary

A relaxed-fit, boxy button-front shirt in a brown and green vichy check linen-cotton blend, featuring a stand collar, raglan sleeves, and darted front pockets.

## Description

A relaxed fitting, boxy, button-front shirt cut from a midweight, linen/cotton check shirting in green and brown. Features a stand collar cut as a continuation of the body panel, darted front pockets, and a flat hem. Raglan sleeves allow the silhouette to hang freely from the shoulders with a sense of natural drape that highlights the crisp hand of the Vichy while subtle "pinch" darts at the side seams carry movement through the body. Constructed using fine, single needle flat felled seams throughout for a long lasting, encased finish; horn buttons.   The Brown Green Vichy is a reproduction of a 100-year-old fabric swatch rendered in fine cotton and linen yarns. Woven by a one man operation in the East of France, it bears a pleasing crisp hand and a crinkled surface achieved through post-loom washing. The high contrast check causes the brown yarns to appear black at a distance while softening to a rich deep brown when viewed more closely.
