If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost. All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply. For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress. For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress. Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
