Founded in 1996 by former line cook and raft guide Corey Milligan in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, New West KnifeWorks produces premium, American-made culinary and outdoor knives. Milligan, driven by a desire to replace the plain black handles of standard chef’s knives, began crafting blades that merged high-performance materials with vibrant, artistic designs. Today, the brand operates a manufacturing facility in Victor, Idaho, where a team of artisans hand-finishes each piece.
