The SLAVONIC FOLK SUITE is an arrangement of a part of Reed's RUSSIAN CHRISTMAS MUSIC, one of the most frequently performed works of concert band literature. It is moving, powerful, and beautiful and a wonderful fit for the string orchestra. Orchestra bells, chimes, and timpani provide fabulous support for the ensemble.
