Originally written in 1833 and dedicated to Franz List, Etude Op. 10, No. 6 was titled 'Lament'. Op. 25, No. 7, titled 'Cello' was written between 1832 and 1836 and dedicated to Comtesse d'Agoult. Alexander Glazunov arranged these two etudes for violoncello and piano. Reprint edition.
