A metallic pink silk cord necklace with an rust colored blown honeycomb pendant. Glass toggle closure. Like wearable sculpture, each piece is crafted by hand in Spain and will vary slightly. Maryam Nassir Zadeh cites her grandmother's store in Iran as one of her initial sources of inspiration. "The store my grandmother owned was very avant-garde. Nobody was importing from Italy or France like she was in the 70's". Fast-forward to Zadeh's iconic rise in the New York fashion scene and even more recent, her namesake fashion empire which grew out of an initial collection of shoes.
